AGMC, the authorised dealer of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, recently celebrated as their star performer Northern Emirates Natalija Norikova was named the region’s Rolls-Royce ‘Marketing Manager of the Year 2013’. Norikova, a UAE resident has almost two decades of marketing experience in Dubai, and the award was given to her under the Rolls-Royce Awards Programme at the recent Rolls-Royce World Dealer Conference.
The Rolls-Royce World Dealer Conference which was held in Abu Dhabi recently saw the top officials from the Rolls-Royce headquarters in Goodwood, England, join dealers from all over the world to mark their successes as it also recognized the ultra-luxury car maker’s top talent.
Norikova’s key role in supporting the dealership through various milestones including successfully introducing new models to the market was recognised and her 12 years at AGMC was also highlighted. She also recently launched a state-of-the art Roll-Royce aftersales workshop. More recently, Norikova’s achievements during 2013 also contributed greatly to Dubai being announced as one of the top 5 dealers in the world for Rolls-Royce sales – placing AGMC alongside, and above other markets with much bigger populations.
Norikova started her career as a marketing & sales executive at Jashanmal National in 1995. After two years, she joined Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa in 1997 as a marketing and club coordinator. In 2002, the ever-aspiring marketer joined AGMC as an Assistant Marketing Manager, eventually working her way through the ranks to become National Marketing Manager and PR Manager in 2010.
